GloboHire is a subscription global talent platform that empowers brands to offer customer support at scale. Founded in Temecula, California, GloboHire was created to deliver reliable, affordable, and scalable team members to any business.


 
 

Meet Joana. She lives in the Philippines and was hired back in 2023. She currently works on the customer support team for a software company in a very specialized role.

She was trained to evaluate potential Intellectual Property infringement cases on a software platform.

With amazing and fluent English, she contacts customers and works with the customer to figure out how to fix & avoid IP issues moving forward.


 
 

Meet Harry. He lives in Pakistan and was hired back in 2021. He is currently a Customer Support Manager for a team of 5.

Harry initially started out as a Customer Support Agent, but was quickly promoted due to his strong work ethic, responsibility, and ability to resolve issues while making customers happy.

The help desk is consistently updated as things change or new issues arise due to his constant desire to improve the team.

I've been running software companies for the last 8 years and have always relied on highly talented global employees to help with my businesses.

I started by hiring a customer support representative in the Philippines, and have since hired overseas talent for support, customer success, engineering, sales, and more.

Leveraging highly skilled overseas talent, I've been able to scale faster and take a lot of daily tasks off my plate as a founder.
